- How long does it take to create an item?
- my concrete items have several textures to suit your design needs. customers have the option of having their items natural with no sealant, natural with sealant ( glossy and smooth) or hand painted.
- it usually takes 1-3 days for an item to be created and be ready for shipment. casting usually takes one day, curing is generally 48 hours. Ready to ship items are also available to be shipped within 1 business day

- care for items are depending on the finish you choose. if its natural concrete, cleaning with a damp cloth is fine, sealed concrete items can be cleaned with a damp or dry cloth
- How do I clean up spills on a concrete item?
- customers are advised to wipe up spills immediately and to use mild soap and warm water for cleaning.
- What should I avoid when cleaning my concrete products?
- please avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or acidic solutions.
- Are your products sealed?
- yes , sealed products are optional and can be selected at checkout, sealant for our natural dog bowls is plain bees wax, decor items are generally sealed with acrylic sealant.
- Will my item fade if placed in direct sunlight?
- for sealed items, once a year clear acrylic sealant is expected to be re applied to the items or natural bees wax to our concrete bowls to prevent discolorations.
- How do I protect concrete planters from winter weather?
- for winterization, proper drainage and storing items indoors is a great way to prevent damages to some of our items.
- Is it normal for concrete to develop hairline cracks over time?
- yes, this is a natural aging process for concrete and typically does not affect the item’s integrity.

- yes returns are accepted within 7 business days, the items must be in the original condition. personalized items are not accepted for returns, Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Full refunds are given for items that arrive defective or damaged. photo proof is needed for a refund claim for damaged or defective items,
